All of our spirits are made right here in Maine, using Maine's astounding, naturally purified mountain water and our family-grown grains. All of our spirits are made from natural ingredients and are gluten-free, sugar-free and entirely additive-free. We're only interested in making spirits we can be proud of, and that work must begin with only the best ingredients we can find.
Hardshore Original Gin

Sporting a round, soft mouthfeel and brimming with fresh rosemary and green mint, our flagship spirit, Hardshore Original Gin, is a surprisingly complex gin despite being made with only five botanicals. It is bright and distinctive with leafy-green herbals notes upfront, supported by orris root (iris), coriander and, of course, wild-grown Tuscan juniper. The neutral base is hand-crafted from grain grown on our founder's family farm and provides a smooth, full mouthfeel which allows the gin's distinctive flavor to unfold slowly with each sip. It's so good that many people just drink it on it's own on the rocks, but with its green herbs and round profile, it makes what we humbly assume to be the best negroni on the planet.
