IT'S TIME TO SHAKE UP THE GIN GAME

At Hardshore, we use fresh, unconventional botanicals that aren't often found in gin such as fresh rosemary and green mint. With distinctive herbal notes, Hardshore's gin plays exceptionally well in cocktails that feature fresh, natural ingredients. 

Our gin is distilled with care on the rugged shore of Portland, Maine and brought to fine local spirits retailers in Colorado.




 

THE NEGRONI SPRITZ

for easy, summertime sipping

1.5 oz. Hardshore Original Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. sweet vermouth
Grapefruit seltzer (we like Spindrift)

Combine gin, Campari and sweet vermouth in a glass with ice and top with grapefruit seltzer. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and don't forget your sunglasses!


THE BASIL CUCUMBER SMASH

1.5 oz. Hardshore Original Gin
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
3 cucumber slices
3 - 4 basil leaves or 10 - 15 cilantro leaves
Jalapeno slice (if you like a little heat!)
Seltzer

Muddle cucumber and basil/cilantro in a shaker. Add ice, gin and lime juice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass and top with seltzer.
